In vivo biosynthesis of N,N-dimethyltryptamine

Our laboratory is at the forefront of scientific innovation, conducting interdisciplinary research in molecular biology, genetics, and chemistry.   Our team is passionate about exploring new frontiers in science and technology.  


DreamMind Labs is investigating how to recreate the natural biosynthesis of N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) inside yeast cells. By introducing the same enzymes that living organisms use to transform tryptophan into DMT, we aim to establish a sustainable, biological platform for studying this molecule. Using yeast as a model system allows us to explore the pathways of DMT production in a safe and controlled environment, helping us better understand its origins, functions, and potential applications.
