DMTx is based on the cutting-edge pharmacokinetic research of Dr. Andrew Gallimore and the revolutionary DMT research of Dr. Rick Strassman.  Our DMTx training and education program offers legal opportunities for psychedelic exploration in ways that align with the values and interests of the psychedelic community and laws within Colorado.

DMTx, or Extended-State DMT, is a research and therapeutic concept focused on prolonging the effects of N, N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT)—a powerful psychedelic—beyond its naturally short duration.  In a typical DMT experience, the effects last around 5–15 minutes when smoked or injected. DMTx aims to maintain a steady, controlled DMT experience by administering it continuously through intravenous (IV) infusion, similar to how anesthesia is delivered. This allows for potentially hours-long experiences in the DMT state. Extended-State DMT experiences hold powerful potential—for healing, creative breakthroughs, personal insight, and deeper connection to the nature of reality.
